Ghost fibers

Pale fibres rising from the bottom edge like optical strands, swaying on slow waves, ending in soft glowing tips; the pointer blows them aside.

What it is for

Behind a quiet hero, a footer or a network or connectivity section (first child of a position:relative section; fills its parent).
